Develop a global development system

At least 3 year of experience as a Project Manager
Experience in Project-based (Fixed cost) with a scale of 20MM or more (Agile/Hybrid model).
Experience in Project-based (Fixed cost) with a scale of 20MM or more (Agile/Hybrid model)
Good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills,
Excellent project management skills, including estimating, planning, organizing, and leading,
Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, proactive, dare-to-lead characters,
Having knowledge, understanding, and experience in the software development process: Planning, Requirement, Development, Testing, Deployment...
Proficient in Agile software development methods
Experienced in working with Japan-speaking customer projects, knowing how to work with customers
