Mô Tả Công Việc Sales Manager Với Mức Lương 35 - 40 Triệu
A. Summary:
- Responsibility for the selling of all assigned product lines from HQ/Director.
- Directly manage and coordinate assigned activities in sales team.
B. Responsibility:
- Develop new business relationships by personally presenting to major accounts within assigned products and capabilities.
- Develop and maintain sales by exploring and qualifying existing accounts as well as following up on leads resulting from marketing prospecting efforts.
- Make a business plan, revenue and targets for sales team.
- Lead and train in the selling of products and services for sales team after each training course.
- Coordinate activities with Inside Sales Teams to maximize our ability to close on new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at various trade shows/workshops/training events.
- Provide weekly report on sales activities, current markets and trends to Director
- Provide assurance to management that all policies are carried out accurately.
- Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business objectives.
