We are the official distributor of premium Korean beauty brands bbia and hince in Vietnam. Our business focuses on multi-channel distribution through e-commerce platforms and strategic partnerships with major retailers. We are seeking a talented Sales Supervisor/ Manager to drive our offline and online B2B partnerships and expand our business network in Vietnam.
As a Sales Manager for GT & MT channels, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, expanding market presence, and ensuring sales growth in the cosmetics industry.

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
✅ At least 3-5 years of experience in the cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role handling GT & MT channels.
✅ Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
✅ Deep understanding of cosmetics distribution, traditional and modern trade sales channels.
✅ Ability to analyze sales data, create business plans, and generate reports.
