Mô Tả Công Việc Sales Manager Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
Actively involved in developing the Plan and Strategy of business development for the agency within the instruction from the Business Development Manager.
Organize, execute, and control continual strategic sales activities to seeks for new clients and markets;
Learn to the nature of services and solutions of the agency and develop consultancy approaches for better conversion in sales;
Actively involve in the development of sales kit and all necessary sales documentation & communication artifacts at professional level that can meet defined profit KPIs of the agency;
Implement online & offline marketing and branding activities for building best perception on the business brand of the agency and its services and solutions;
Possibly lead and develop mini team of salesperson to achieve bigger sales KPI;
Successful candidate is expected to acquire a proven track of sales and a “can do” attitude and big ambition to find potential clients, engage into opportunities, and finalize them.

Education level: university graduate & Intermediate to Advanced certified English level
Excellent presentation & communication skills in English, especially spoken verbal communication;
Good inter-personal skills;
Good ability to persuade & influence others on decision making, especially business leaders and sales decision makers;
Good knowledge on the sales process and life cycle;
Quick learning and fast situational response;
Strong numeracy skills for quick cost provision;
Excellent skills in using internet & web tools for international business development;
Willingness to learn and research across domains for better consultancy of the agency’s services and solutions;
Willingness to invest time and effort to study, break through, and drive sales;
Good documentation skills to define the sales kit structure and lead the development of included artifacts.
A basic understanding upon leadership and sales management
Preference:
Graduate with good ranking from marketing & commerce or relevant industries is preferred;
Sales persons with hands on experience on software & digital services;
Those with passions to lead.
