Job Purpose Summary
This job holder will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with third-party channels. This role will focus on identifying, onboarding, and optimizing partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with third-party sales acquisition partners, including resellers, affiliates, and strategic sales partners.
• Channel Strategy & Management: Develop and implement channel strategies to maximize sales performance and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and optimize partner sales performance, ensuring partners meet predefined KPIs and revenue targets.
• Training & Enablement: Provide partners with necessary sales training, marketing materials, and support to enhance their ability to sell the company’s products or services effectively.
• Contract Negotiation: Work with legal and finance teams to draft, negotiate, and finalize partnership agreements and contracts.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and sales teams, to ensure partners have the resources and support needed for success.
• Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for geographic or sector-specific expansion through third-party sales channels.
