• Manage and conduct the daily tasks in travel booking
• Provide travel booking guidance, input and support for recurring topics and for project-specific tasks, including but not limited to:
• Ensure global end-to-end process standards Global Business Blueprint when preparing for Local Business Blueprint with deep knowledge on local processes and legal requirements;
• Support evaluating local requirement and requirement definition, provide transparency and impact for travel booking changes and testing for change requests in Bosch official platforms (e.g. bTravel);
• Consult and support Travel to Expense management in the further development of the process landscape and processes for travel booking;
• Conduct and steer functional testing in relevant IT tools on country-level;
• Initiate tool and process improvements and evaluate legal requirements (Travel to Expense internal and external);
• Act as quality gate for process adjustments for Change and Release related to the Travel to Expense Service Strategy;
• Take over accountability for country-specific Change & Release handling;
• Provide Change & Release related process information to country / end-users for knowledge transfer and communication.
• Act as a point of contact for Travel to Expense stakeholders and relevant Bosch parties.
