• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy that is
aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Establish, implement, manage, and develop growth in a new dealer network in both MT and B2B. Build and maintain good relationships with the assigned channel
partners. Ensure partners are motivated to drive sales in line with our expectations and
sales budgets. Control costs within budget parameters with the manager.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/ yearly budgets and sales growth plans. Propose annual
business plan. Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and
finance, to ensure that sales and business development activities are aligned with the
company's overall strategy and EBIT.
• Analyze trends in the business industry, help to develop products that are responsive to
market demands, and identify new market opportunities.
