Role Purpose
This position is accountable for establishing, maintaining and fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers in Korean footwear factories, as well as promoting and expanding the presence of Coats Footwear portfolio. The role requires frequent travel and visits to factory locations within but not limited to Vietnam and Indonesia, as well as the related headquarters in Korea.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities
• To develop and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within Korean T1 factories in Vietnam and Indonesia, serving as primary point of contact between Coats and the Korean T1s, to ensure that customers are serviced in accordance with the principles of customer segmentation, focusing on customer resources safeguarding the utmost possible growth potential through effective communication and collaboration
• To initiate and build relationships with senior management in existing and potential customers so that Coats can develop and expand the customer contact map providing access to customer key decision makers and influencers
• Establish and maintain relationships with factory headquarters in Korea, ensuring strong collaboration, understanding of Coats Footwear portfolio
• To communicate with supporting departments within Coats, ensuring issues/challenges/opportunities/product innovation can be prioritized and resolved so that sales/ service targets can be met
