1. Manufacturing:
a. Take accountability of workshop’s routine operation and management. Critically monitor and drive operation results.
b. Oversee operation metrics to make sure operational excellence with initiatives for zero defects, kaizen, GLSS, production cost saving.
c. Execute programs to ensure optimum utilization of available resources, maximizing plant’s revenue/profit in line with business strategies.
2. Manufacturing Engineering: Lead ME, Automation and PJM team to continuously improve the product cost structure and standards and optimize the manufacture process.
