Synopsis Of Duties: Account Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and supporting the finance department in day-to-day operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining financial compliance, preparing reports, and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Financial Management and Accounting:
• Record, monitor, and manage the company’s financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, financial, and tax regulations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, including profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Accounts Payable and Receivable Management:
• Track and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Process payments to suppliers and collect payments from clients.
• Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and processed on time.
Financial Planning:
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Analyze financial data to provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
• Manage the company’s cash flow effectively.
