We are seeking 2 highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Specialists to join our team in the API & Pharmaceutical machine sector (one for API & one for pharmaceutical equipments). The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellence communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The sales specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, securing and managing client relationships, and driving the achievement of sales goals.
I/ Sales Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plan tailored to the your sector, aligned with company objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitors within the sector to identify new business opportunities.
II/ Business Development
Identify potential clients and establish productive relationships with key decision-makers within your sector.
Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions to the range of API/pharmaceutical equipment products offered by Crisnam
Conduct negotiations and close sales deals independently to meet or exceed sales target
III/ Order Completion and Coordination
Collaborate with HQ team and partners to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery to customers
Coordinate with manufacturers and HQ team to resolve and issues related to product availability, quantity and quality.
IV/ Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within your sector
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and order updates.
Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any issues or escalations.
Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận Thì Cần Những Yêu Cầu Công Việc Gì
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, with preference given to those with experience in selling API/Pharmaceutical Machines/Chemical Industry.
Background in pharmaceutical-related fields are preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
