• Monitoring production to ensure output according to target, controlling defect rate.
• Problem improvement: Finding and improving problems
• Coordinating with other departments (eg: PP, QC, FM...)
• Reporting output, quality, improvement.

• University graduate in related majors.
• Understanding of production indicator (UPPH, CT, TT...)
• Monitoring production to ensure output according to target, controlling defect rate.
• Problem improvement: Finding and improving problems
• Coordinating with other departments (eg: PP, QC, FM...)
• Reporting output, quality, improvement.
• Have of experience with Engineer/Staff position in production company
• Proficiency in production processes and improvement
• Excellent computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, production software, system).
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Able to use English, Korean or Chinese
