Job Summary
The Deputy QA Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality standards across all stages of the backpack, bag, and sports bag manufacturing process. This includes material inspection, sample evaluation, cutting, sewing, embroidery, printing, and final packing. The role involves managing the QA team, implementing quality control procedures, working closely with buyers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer specifications and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Management & Process Control
• Develop, implement, and oversee QA procedures from raw material receiving to final product shipment.
• Establish and enforce inspection and testing standards at each production stage, ensuring alignment with buyer requirements.
• Monitor key production areas:
• Material Inspection: Verify fabric, zippers, buckles, straps, and other raw materials for compliance.
• Sample Evaluation: Approve prototypes and pre-production samples before bulk production.
• Cutting Stage: Ensure accuracy, minimize fabric defects, and prevent material wastage.
• Sewing & Assembly: Guarantee stitching quality, seam strength, reinforcement accuracy, and durability.
• Embroidery & Printing: Check logo placement, design accuracy, color consistency, and defect-free execution.
