Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Activation Trade Marketing Executive to lead our in-store activities for Cosmetic brands for all channels. This role involves engaging with our target audience, coordinating promotional activities, and collaborating with vendors to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. In-Store Activation & Visibility
o Plan and execute promotional events and activities in Modern Trade stores to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
o Develop engaging point-of-sale materials and display to the target audience.
o Plan, execute & maintain Visibility following guideline to build attracting Modern Trade stores
2. Vendor Management:
o Collaborate with vendors to ensure effective execution of promotional activities.
o Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against set KPIs, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
3. Market Analysis:
