Purpose
Instruct team members to follow SOP and regulations to control the operation process and maintain the accuracy and quality of transactions and reduce operation risks.
Main tasks
- Assist the Operations Section Head in supervising the implementation of the internal control of the branch's operations in order to comply with the regulations of Taiwan and Vietnam competent authority.
- Review team members’ work performance to ensure well quality and accuracy of transactions.
- Implement the management and training for team members to increase work efficiency and professional ability in accordance with internal and external regulations.
- Response for client’s or BU’s enquiry of operation process appropriately.
