Ensure that messages and queries are addressed promptly.
Finalize bookings, consult, and address customer inquiries and concerns via Fanpage.
Receive, handle, and summarize customer feedback/issues.
Input data for weekly and monthly reports.
Send automated messages for discounts or promotional programs.
Propose solutions to increase bookings through conversation strategies and closing trends.

Good in English, Communication, and Teamwork abilities.
Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Working schedule: Remotely from 10:00-12:00, 13:30-18:00, and 19:00-24:00 (Monday to Sunday).
