• Identify product improvement opportunities and work with Engineering, Development, Commercialization, Materials Development and Production to launch and implement construction Best Practices and process enhancements.
• Drive and execute overarching brand initiatives that cascade to the entire product line to improve fit, construction types, material choices, performance and methods of make.
• Partner with strategic Tier 2 suppliers in long-term projects that can be commercialized and scaled for production.
• Create construction best practices by category to provide consistency in fit and performance.
• Create and align processes, project workloads, assignments, cross-functional interactions and deadlines to meet defined deliverables.

• 5-8 years engineering or development experience in the footwear industry for a global performance company.
