Purpose of the job:
Ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of all production equipment and related facilities. Execute equipment maintenance, repair, improvement, and installation activities to meet the company\'s production and quality goals.
Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:
Maintenance and Repair:
• Plan and execute periodic preventive maintenance (PM) activities for all production equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform necessary repairs quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose the root cause of equipment problems and propose corrective solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repair, and component replacement activities.
Equipment Improvement and Installation:
• Participate in the selection, installation, and commissioning of new equipment: Conceptualize/design solutions, DFM (Design for Manufacturability).
