Main responsibilities and duties:
1. Responsible for sourcing new products and new vendors according to the needs of Head office.
2. Vendormanagement includes vendor searching and identifying potential vendors.
3. Price negotiation and making offers to vendors.
4. Monitor vendors’ performance and product conformity.
5. Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production.
6. Follow all necessary testing for material and products to ensure the requirements.
7. Follow up with vendors to ensure that orders are finished on time.
8. Follow and handle quality issues.
9. Handle ad-hoc duties or projects when necessary.
10. Other export business duties.
