A. Job Description:
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
• Establish and maintain a strong employer brand to enhance the company\'s talent pipeline.
2. Recruitment & Selection
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
3. Sourcing & Pipeline Development
• Utilize job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events to source candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
