Responsible for business development, sourcing, order follow-up, on-time shipment by:
• Ensuring the competitiveness with high performance over time
• Securing the on-time delivery
• Developing competitive products with high constant customer satisfaction
• Guaranteeing the production conformity and data accuracy according to requirements
• Animating the Positive Scorecard and improving Positive performance of products
1/ Sourcing and supplier management
• Pro-active Industrial mapping and sourcing new products & new suppliers
• Maintaining and developing a reliable supplier database
• Prepare factories to ensure factory compliance
• Training suppliers and factories on our SOP and company rules (call for tender, tools, data…)
• Animating and monitoring the supplier on the supply chain topics (from order to delivery), scorecard, contributing to our supplier strategy
2/ Product management
• Developing projects with the suppliers according to the given technical and packaging specifications
• Proposing new products/concepts/ideas with pro-activity
