The Sr Supply Planner is responsible for creating and communicating the supply plan to enable timely demand fulfillment and stable production flow while minimizing inventory risks and is responsible for all facets of buying, including the financial investments of each item, assortments by store, in-season price and inventory management, and the execution of product for their departments. Partners cross-functionally and influences the development of optimal assortments. Leads process evolution and is responsible for innovating and improving business process, execution strategies, and supply chain analytics. Shows leadership and advocacy in the team and across the supply chain.

• Effectively creates and manages pre-season planning and in-season execution and optimization of a wholesale finished goods seasonal buy flow plan for a specific set of factories.
• Develops product assortments including style selection and product flow ensuring synergy with financial plans. Develops and presents assortments supporting overall strategy of in-stock positioning for key merchandise categories, balanced presentations, and accurate and timely receipt flow.
• Implements and completes in-season business management including open-to-buy management, inventory management, and price strategies to increase sales and improve gross margin.
• Uses analytical and reporting skills to identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve communication and processes, and support transparency.
