Mô Tả Công Việc Nhân viên chăm sóc khách hàng Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
Work hour: 8:00 – 17:00, from Monday to Friday, one Saturday morning per month
Work location: 19th Floor, VCCI Tower, 09 Dao Duy Anh, Dong Da, Ha Noi.
Your primary objective will be to support capacity + pricing procurement for regular as well as adhoc business + trade lanes by ensuring Carrier Management is a priority + key factor in gaining + retaining customers, always in alignment with policy. You will need to liaise with internal + external stakeholders while aligning the interests of each with our key objectives.
• To lay out a procurement plan for assigned area of responsibility in alignment with larger initiatives.
• To evaluate current carrier share for key trade lanes, recommending optimization measures to maximize core carrier share.
• To evaluate opportunities to consolidate current volumes to achieve better yields and help optimize ANR, laying the foundation for future business development opportunities.
• To work with the procurement team in the promotion of consol / build up pallet deals, helping to create efficiencies in our long term procurement efforts.
• To evaluate carrier metrics + ensure volume allocations are in line with targets to support PCP program success.
• To monitor + push for maximization of volumes via our Gateways, to achieve better consol benefits as well as supporting cost management.
