' 1/ Internal system management
- Build the company's organizational structure according to the company's long-term development orientation.
- Develop functions and duties of departments, coordinate and monitor all department's activities in accordance with assigned functions and tasks.
- Build a system of regulations, processes and monitoring the compliance of employees.
- Advise BOD in human resource management (regulations, reward, discipline, labor relations, etc.).
- Together with Dept Managers to build KPIs for all team members and monitor performance. Quarterly evaluate to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to make adjustments and give award to outstanding staffs and depts.
2/ Build and develop the labor resources
a) Planning HR strategy
- Develop and implement human resource strategy in line with the overall business strategy in each development stage of the Company;
- Manpower allocation & estimation and budget for human resource management activities.
b) Recruitment
- Develop recruitment process, recruitment plan, recruitment criterias.
- Organize the recruitment of human resources according to the long-term and short-term needs of human resources.
