1) Bank reconciliation (Daily):
Perform daily reconciliation of bank statements to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and any discrepancies are resolved promptly.
2) Account payable:
• Invoice Processing: Review and process all payable invoices, ensuring correct information and appropriate approvals. Save and file invoices for future reference.
• Transaction Input: Input payable transactions into the accounting system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Payment Processing: Process weekly payments for payable invoices or urgent payments when required, ensuring all costs are timely and accurate.
3) Account receivable:
• Update Accounts Receivable: Regularly update accounts receivable balances in the system, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Prepare Weekly Statements: Prepare and manually send weekly activity statements to customers every Friday, keeping them informed about outstanding balances.
