Legal Manager will be required to manage legal operations across Vietnam and Southeast Asia. The role focuses on safeguarding company interests through strict legal compliance and providing strategic legal guidance to leadership
Description
* Validate legal compliance of all business operations, agreements, and transactions with Vietnamese legislation, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
* Create and enhance legal documentation, including contracts and agreements, to protect organizational interests.
* Lead end-to-end contract management from initial drafting through negotiation and execution. Oversee contract modifications and related legal correspondence.
* Partner with Compliance Representative to establish governance frameworks and ensure ongoing adherence, including Code of Conduct implementation.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with external stakeholders (regulatory bodies, legal counsel, government officials, etc.).
* Navigate complex situations involving diverse Vietnamese stakeholders and influences
