Vision First Consulting Group is a reputable education and migration agency based in Melbourne and other cities in Australia and in Ho Chi Minh City. We are looking for a full-time permanent position as Processing Officer to join our busy team. Your work location is at our Ho Chi Minh City branch.
Candidates with HR or interview experience will have an advantage.

Job tasks and responsibilities
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
● Communicate effectively with clients and other team members
● Ensure timely and accurate processing of applications
● File and manage our existing information database and customer relationship management system
● Identify and reach out to suitable stakeholders through various channels.
● Support clients throughout their application process.
● Provide regular updates to managers on the progress of ongoing workflows.
● Maintain clear communication with clients and all relevant parties to ensure a smooth and coordinated workflow.
