We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Officer to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of accounts payable transactions, contributing to the overall financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process invoices for goods and services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Vendor Management: Reconciling creditor accounts, specifically for our local suppliers in 14 countries and new hospitality venue opening in July 2025.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of invoices and other financial documentation.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax regulations, corporate policies, and audit requirements.
