Mô Tả Công Việc Product Marketing Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
• Build up legal practice to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements in the healthcare/medical sector, business, and labor laws;
• Support for Compliance issues, Risk Management issues (company health check, procedure);
• Research, conduct legal analysis, and propose solutions and processes to deal with legal matters (business activities and business expansion, patent/trademark registration, promotional campaigns, public company registration, and public listing/IPO, etc.);
• Reviewing documents and supporting for Tenders;
• Handling related matters of Lab operations and compliance;
• Support for Fundraising transaction documents;
• Working and filing dossiers with the competent authorities, including relevant health authorities and health-related agencies, and assisting with other tasks as needed;
• Review client and vendor agreement templates in Vietnam and SEA countries (Sale, Procurement, Sponsorship, and Clinical Trials agreements);
• Provide arbitration, litigation, mediation, and Legal dispute support;
• Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
