- Receive purchasing requirements, review information and identify purchasing requests.
- Seeking suppliers both domestically and internationally. To ensure that engineering items, consumables, equipment, machinery, services, and projects are sourced and procured strategically, on schedule, and cost-efficient manner, while satisfying the required specifications.
- Send inquiries to suppliers in order to request quotation, specifications, SOW, Technical information, assuring procurement in line with the company's procurement policy. Thus, guaranteeing continuous operations.
- Checking quotation, Negotiation, Suppliers evaluation and Selection, contract, agreement.
- Tracking purchasing requirements to ensure meeting the timeline, deadline for purchasing request from User.
- Issue PO to Supplier, Purchase Order confirmation and PO tracking.
- Resolving claim from user, take complaints (if any), coordinate with relevant staff / department to deal with such complaints or suggest solutions to problems.
