• Create, implement and manage the success of marketing, communications and public relations programme and its activities to promote products, schools and company.
• Conduct relevant market research / survey, competitive market assessment and trends analysis, voice of the customer research, customer segmentation and strategic / SWOT analysis for appropriate action plan.
• Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing / communications / public relations programme and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence, and evaluate performance.
• Provide training to staff on marketing, communications and public relations.
• Develop and implement strategic student recruitment plans to accommodate corporate goals and oversee inquiries process and responsible for conversion rate from inquiries to enrolments.
• Work with Pre-operation team for planning and implementing marketing campaign to promote new product / project.
