This role is open for seasoned General and Operations managers to oversee all aspects of our client's furniture manufacturing facility, including production, quality control, safety, and overall team management. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence while maintaining cost-effectiveness and meeting production targets.
Description
Successful candidate will be responsible for the following and not limited to:
- Providing strategic leadership for the plant's overall operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Managing and optimizing the entire production process, ensuring efficient work flow and maximum productivity;
- Developing and implementing manufacturing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations;
