Accounting Policy & Procedures
• Develops and maintain internal policies and procedures on accounting, tax, and
internal control for organization and finance department;
• Responsible for improvement of existing accounting and finance practices,
procedures, and ensure good internal control. Seek best practices within the
finance function and organization;
• Ensure compliances with Local regulations, Tax regulations and Accounting
principles;
• Seek practices and procedures to limit potential financial risks.
• Responsible and attend to audit recommendations, resolve any issues and ensure
compliance are met.
Reporting
• Review the managerial reporting packages submitted by all entities of the Group.
• Liaison with FP&A for monthly business review, ensure the quality and timeline of
the report.
• Ensure completeness, correctness and on time submission of statutory financial
statements, taxes, and internal financial reports as well as develops and supervise
the preparation special managerial reports as required.
