I. Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Product Alliance Associate who will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. He/she will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
II. Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. In charge commission & subvention payment with dealer (30%)
• Prepare dealer appraisal list
• Raise cooperation contract with dealer on Lotus system, follow up reviewing process with relevant departments to provide the final approval version for sign-off to Partnership Development Dept
2. Supporting cooperation business requirements on the system and managing data from dealers (50%)
• Collect product data from dealers, prepare master data, follow UAT for special scheme, inform sales and dealer schedule.
