We are looking for a full-time permanent position as Processing Officer to join our busy team. Your work location is at our Ho Chi Minh City branch.

Job tasks and responsibilities
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Communicating effectively with clients and other team members for data and enquiries regarding to school enrolments, visa and other types of applications
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications and school enrolments
- Filing and managing our existing information database and customer relationship management system
- Liaising with schools’ enrolment teams or other parties when required
- Fulfilling other tasks and projects assigned by your manager
