Mô Tả Công Việc Social Media Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
• Make and handle booking and documents related to shipping activities by sea/air, logistics service.
• Make payment to carriers, vendors for shipments; issue Debit note to agents, customers.
• Liase with customers, agents to send D/O, B/L, booking and other related documents.
• Contact shipping lines, agents, airlines to track the schedule and perform shipments related operation.
• Support to get rates from carriers and offer to customers. Well coordinate with pricing/ logistics team to make sure whole process is properly followed.
• Solve customers\' complaints and satisfy their requirements.
• Take care of assigned customers.
• Other jobs required by the superiors.

• Bachelor’s degree of University graduate preferred with foreign trade, economics, majored in international trading and transportation.
• Informatics: Proficient in internet, email, MS office and familiar with forwarding software.
• Good command of English (both spoken and written)
