1. About Purchasing job
- Looking for quotation from suppliers.
- Make PO on EPR system and send it to suppliers.
- Follow delivery schedule.
- Receiving goods (return if NG and following it).
- Collect red invoices.
- Make payment requests to pay to suppliers.
- Other tasks of Purchasing.
2. About the Im- export job:
- Contact the shipper to arrange shipping schedule, follow up any changing schedule
- Check shipping documents from shipper
- Follow up export plan to prepare shipping documents
- Cooperate with forwarder to make and check customs clearance
- Cooperate with other division to proceed and receive cargo as schedule
- Input forwarder expenses and tax, fee to NAV systems
- Other tasks of Im-exporting.
