Mô Tả Công Việc Software Engineer Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
• Set up and control the company policy and regulation for administrative works.
• Provide the administration services for the whole company (events' preparation, office set-up, transportation/bus, dormitory, catering, cleaning, accommodation for expat, Union activities…)
• General office management, including purchase for office and office supplies, maintain the landscape around the factory.
• Coordinate with various departments and functional teams (manufacturing, logistics, security, etc.) to ensure smooth implementation and customization of processes.
• Accountable for financial planning and management of cost of CAPEX and OPEX in consultation with business control. Manage service cost and service optimization through KPIs
• Public relations with government, local authorities and other organizations
• People Management: Train and develop the human resources in Administration Department to make an effective and high performance team.

- At least 10 years of experience in the field of GA/administration management in large-scale industrial factories (at least 3000 employees). Proven record of managing admin process, policy and strategy in manufacturing environment.
