Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in connected car technologies, IoT, or automotive systems.
• Proven track record in leading technology-driven innovation and managing CoE operations.
• Experience working with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or technology firms is highly desirable.
• Expertise in connected car technologies, including telematics platforms, V2X communication, and IoT frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and edge computing technologies.
• Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and standards (e.g., AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, SAE).
• Proficiency in cybersecurity best practices, encryption, and secure OTA updates.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for identifying growth opportunities and improving operational efficiency.
• Ability to define and implement governance frameworks, processes, and best practices.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders and fostering collaboration.
• Leadership abilities to inspire and guide a high-performing team within the CoE.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and customer-centric solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent experience in leading strategic initiatives is a plus.
