Main Responsibilities:
To manage and execute business activities for the field assigned.
Planning and implementing business strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Join in Recruiting, training, and developing the team sales.
Assign sales targets for members of the team and monitor their performances.
To manage and maintain the current leads, research and develop new customer relationships.
To close the deal and ensure contract compliance.
Planning budgets and managing business costs for the field assigned.
To report business outcomes and related activities to the direct superior/senior manager.
To evaluate business risks and to propose remedies for improvement.
To manage one’s team effectively, ensuring the coordination of the team and efficiency for work-related high performance.

Professional Qualifications:
University Degree and above in Business Management, Pharmacy, Foreign Trades, and other related fields to the business of the Company’s products.
Skills
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in team management and at least 3 years of experience in the Aesthetics industry.
Leadership mindset.
Self-motivated individual and result-oriented.
Strong communication skills and sales mindset.
The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
