ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role will focus on developing and implementing proactive talent acquisition strategies, building talent pipelines for future needs, contributing to workforce planning and ensuring positive candidate experience. This role requires a forward-thinking individual with excellent research, analytical, and relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of talent market dynamics, and a passion for proactively identifying and engaging the best fit for SSI.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition Strategy
• Contribute and execute long-term talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
• Execute talent market research and competitive analysis to identify key talent pools and trends.
• Proactively build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through networking, industry events, online communities, and other channels.
• Manage talent pipelines for critical roles and skill sets, anticipating future hiring needs.
• Implement employer branding initiatives to attract passive candidates and position the company as an employer of choice.
