Interpreter, organize and take minutes of meetings, report to General Director about working of Company weekly or when director require.
Assist the Director Board on matters pertaining to government requirement regulations.
Participate to all meetings as director’s requirements and ensure that minutes and decisions are timely recorded
Communicate with foreign partners, Vietnam suppliers and buyers as interpreter .
To attend Trade fairs and Exhibition in foreign and domestic trip if needed .
Perform tasks honestly, hard-working, patient and ready to go business trips.
*. Should know export import documents.
*. Need to do advertising and promotion of company .
* Assist Vice Director also as per her/his instructions.
