Our client is seeking a skilled Tax Manager to oversee the entire tax process-from strategic planning to execution-while also driving excellence by developing and refining procedures.
Description
This role will include but not limited to:
* Handle basic Tax's execution: VAT, CIT, PIT,..
* Prepare the required Tax filings
* Advice stakeholders for tax compliance, tax matters
* Work directly with Tax department, hands-on tax tasks.
* Review every contract or paperwork that related to tax point of view
* Minimize the effective of tax rate if possible
* Manage the tax employee to ensure they're knowledgeable and understand about the tax.
* Develop and implement the Group's tax planning and strategies
