• Perform as Receptionist at the Mapletree Reception counter for a professional image with a friendly attitude and ability to do multi-task.
• Support to prepare paperwork for purchasing of goods & service for office operation.
• Assist with air ticket & accommodation
• Control the inventory, courier service, order office supplies.
• Handle transportation, parking and supports with meeting and events tasks as assigned.
• Assist in translating documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
• Other admin work assigned by Manager.

• At least two years of experience and familiar with SAP system would be an advantage
• Excellent command of English and strong analytical skills are preferred
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Attractive appearance, customer-oriented, proactive & self-motivated attitude.
• Good customer service, pleasure to welcome guest
