• Work on multiple FLAVORS & FRAGRANCE projects to provide consumer insights that ensure the delivery of outstanding innovations.
• Identify end-to-end plan for consumer research schedule, clarify briefs with stakeholders as necessary, to ensure relevancy of the study and optimal design.
• Issue weekly actionable insights using Mane’s consumer insight tools and present to relevant teams.
• Moderate focus groups on various product categories (food & beverage, personal & home care).
• Apply statistical analysis to analyze and interpret the data, reporting to stakeholders.
• Keeping abreast of internal and external developments in consumer research techniques and applying knowledge to CI division.
• Responsible for making sure that data, reports, documents are stored and easily accessible by relevant parties.
• Collaborate with regional and global Consumer Insights teams.
