Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Sales Executive to drive sales and provide technical support for our chemical products to key accounts in heavy industries. This role focuses on building strong relationships with B2B customers in sectors like steel, oil & gas, cement, and other related industries. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, providing technical expertise, and collaborating closely with our internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Sell our chemical products to big companies in industries like steel, oil & gas, and cement. This means finding new customers and growing business with existing ones.
• Find new customers by making calls, setting up meetings, and closing deals.
• Take care of existing customers, making sure they're happy and getting what they need.
• Be a technical expert for our customers. Understand their needs and recommend solutions to improve their operations. This involves analyzing their systems and providing recommendations.
• Work with our technical team to create solutions for customers and solve any problems they have.
• Promote our company's new technologies and products to customers.
• Keep track of sales activities, make sales reports, and forecast future sales.
• Negotiate prices and contracts with customers.
