• Collaborate with the Sales Team to establish Distribution Networks.
• Develop a Customer Program that includes Incentive and Consumption Programs, along with a Pricing structure for Key Accounts.
• Partner with the Sales and Technical Teams to research the market and translate customer needs into actionable plans.
• Work alongside the Functional Teams, such as Product, R&D, and Digital, to evaluate projects, develop new applications, and customize activities based on customer requirements.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Industrial and Culinary Customer Journey.
• Assist in executing trade shows and customer events for the company.

At least 05 YOE in Marketing (F&B Understanding or Market Research is preferred).
Strong analytical skills and business mindset
Good Excel and Power Point skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills, and negotiation.
