* Job Summary: We, a start-up and fast-growing business of mobile power banks rental network, with some other future directions, are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial operations, which includes managing financial activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as spearheading fundraising and development of strategies and investment efforts to support the company's growth and financial stability.
* Job Summary:
As a key member of the top management team, the CFO will report directly to the CEO.
* Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Financial Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute financial strategies in alignment with business goals.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and policy matters.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting processes and scenario planning.
• Manage long-term financial forecasting.
2. Financial Management, Team Leadership, Team Development and Reporting:
• Oversee financial operations, accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, bookeeping, and auditing.
